Role Overview:

You will manage the financial operations of KAJ Consultancy as a Senior Accounting Specialist. You will need to have a strong understanding of accounting in order to manage budgets, prepare accurate financial reports and oversee complex accounting tasks. You will ensure compliance with financial regulation and work closely with other departments in order to provide data-driven insight that helps inform key business decision. Your work in this role will directly impact the financial performance and the growth of the company.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, proactive accountant with at least 3-5 years’ experience who wants to work with clients in different industries and take on new responsibilities. Your contribution will be crucial in optimizing financial process, supporting strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor accounts receivable/payable.
• Issue and prepare invoices.
• Perform reconciliations.
• Ensure that information is accurate.
• Track & monitor accounts payable.
• Timely Managing and Organizing data & Updating.
• To handle and respond to customer calls.
• To provide online support to the customer.

Requirements:

• Proven client-facing experience.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA MBA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Knowledge of US accounting standards and regulations.
• Experience: 3 + 5 years (Required)
• Excellent English Communication skills (Required)
