Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in helping us expand our reach in Atlanta and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be generating new leads, understanding customer needs, and closing deals for our core services. You’ll work closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure that our clients receive excellent service and solutions that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through outreach via calls, emails, and social media.

Client Engagement: Engage with leads to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions in Bookkeeping, Digital Marketing, Website Design, and Back Office services.

Sales Pitching: Create and deliver engaging sales pitches that communicate the value of our services in a compelling way.

Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business.

Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align campaigns and ensure our messaging resonates with the U.S. market.

Closing Deals: Convert leads into long-term clients by closing sales effectively and meeting monthly targets.

Compensation Structure:

Base Salary: $2,000 – $3,500/month, based on experience and performance.

Commission: After meeting your monthly sales target, you will earn a 25% commission on all additional sales.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in Bookkeeping, Digital Marketing, Website Design, or Back Office services.

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish—must be able to engage with a diverse client base.

Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, with the ability to communicate complex services clearly and persuasively.

Customer Insight: Understanding of U.S. customer behavior, preferences, and buying patterns.

Proven Record: Ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interacting with clients via phone, email, and video calls.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and track progress in CRM systems.
